Miniature Hydrangeas with spots #887099

Hello. I have 3 mini hydrangea bushes that are 4 years old. This year one of them has leaves with brown spots. What are they, will they spread and can I treat them?

Fungal leaf spot disease. Looks like Cercospora leaf spot fungus. But could be anthracnose. Remove and destroy the affected leaves.
