Hello,
I do not recommend applying nutrients (other than N) unless a soil test, from a nationally reputable laboratory, has determined that your soil needs it. More often than not, one can apply only nitrogen and achieve good results. It is getting quite late in the year where nitrogen losses to the environment could be significant. Unless the turf is showing signs of nitrogen deficiency, you should consider waiting until next year to apply. If you need to apply nitrogen, 0.5 lbs of nitrogen per 1000 sqft would be sufficient.
